The Help Register
So that we are able to target the support that older and more vulnerable people in East Hunsbury need, the Parish Council have set up The Help Register. The aim is to match a person in need to a volunteer who lives close by who could help with shopping or a friendly chat while we are in this period of self isolation.
We have had lots of enquiries from local people who want to help - if you could spare some time and are able to help please let us know.
You will need to register your details by email on our dedicated email address –
Please tell us your:
Name, Email address, Telephone number and Home address
and indicate whether you can
- Help to shop; or are
- Happy to chat on the phone
Where we can we will link people in together. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that a link will be made – we do not know who may be self-isolating or away.
