East Hunsbury Seniors Club began in December 2016 when the parish council hosted a Christmas Lunch at The Collingtree pub for over 65's living in the parish. More than 20 seniors attended that lunch and all of them were keen to attend a regular club in the future, and so East Hunsbury Seniors Club was born!
We now hold regular events around East Hunsbury and coffee mornings are very well attended by members - a chance to catch up with friends or meet someone new.
Coffee mornings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, we sometimes have expert speakers and various special dates are celebrated throughout the year. The Seniors Club is open to anyone over 65 years of age, living in East Hunsbury.
To join, just pop along to a coffee morning or into the parish office.
Visit this page to find out what's coming up, or contact our Community Projects Officer to join the Seniors Club mailing list.
Meet your Seniors Reps
The Seniors Group is run with the help of many of the members, who volunteer to meet and greet, to research the trips and speakers, and who help to host Seniors events and meetings.
