SEGRO Logistics have submitted an amendment to the Development Consent Order in respect of the Northampton Gateway development.
The amendment to the Order will allow use of the warehousing units ahead of the completion of the rail freight interchange. This is a significant change to the original application and will create increased traffic on the A45 and through East Hunsbury.
The consultation period for this amendment has now closed.
