SEGRO Logistics have submitted an amendment to the Development Consent Order in respect of the Northampton Gateway development.

The amendment to the Order will allow use of the warehousing units ahead of the completion of the rail freight interchange. This is a significant change to the original application and will create increased traffic on the A45 and through East Hunsbury. The parish council will be submitting a representation in respect of the proposed amendment to the Order. Residents are encouraged to submit representations raising your concerns in respect of increased traffic movements, noise and air pollution.The consultation period is from 11th August 2022 to 26 September 2022.
